Hej kom å hjälp mig jag har tappat riktningen i livet. Men det kanske är lika bra. Tycker inget är som det ska. Å det regnar jämt. Jag drar dåliga skämt. För det mesta mår jag nog ganska bra. Hej kom å hjälp mig jag har nog tagit allting för givet. Men vad var det nu som du sa. Det kan inte alltid gå bra. Det kan ta sin tid. Kanske hela vårt liv. Vi kan bättra oss lite varje dag. Sen när du sitter där å du din sista sida skrivit. Kan vi hoppas att du förstår. Att du gjort så gott du förmår. Det kan värka lätt. Från de saker du sett. Men skit samma, vem bryr sig om sånt där.

Hi! William here!
The last time I wrote a text like this was in connection to the release of our first album Rustik Musik. That was in June 2018. Now it’s almost two years later and I’m writing this for the same reason.

We’ll be releasing our second full-length album “Major” on June 1st 2020.
Unlike our first album this one doesn’t spring from a “particularly heavy gig-drought”. It’s been a couple of pretty good years since our debut. I’ve had the pleasure to make some really nice music with some great musicians and this time the record is truly a product of genuine inspiration, a minor life crisis, jazz, improvisation and rock n’ roll in a big greasy bucket.

The music is still rustic and insanely fun to play. This time we’ve tried to capture the way the music sounds in a live situation. We are allowing ourselves more time to develop our solos and stretch out. It’s more open, more rickety, looser and all together a wilder expression of our sound than on our first album but always melodic and even beautiful sometimes.

One of the tunes is a jingle for a sitcom that never aired. The same tune is later a reflection around life as a semi-established, lightly crising, freelance musician who makes music that most people don't care for. One is a homage to Mr Carson from Downton Abbey. One is a continuation, one is an ending, one is a wedding waltz in 4/4 time, one is a cry for help and one is just a melody.

I would truly appreciate it if you took the time to listen to what we’ve done here. I am happy and proud and I feel like we made something really special with this one.
